Tell me more about Will Writing

Making a Will does not have to be complicated. As experienced and specialised Will Writers and Estate Planning Consultants, we aim to provide you with exactly what you need in a simple and straight forward way. We want to remove the difficult to understand jargon and demystify the complexity behind writing a Will. This can then allow you to truly understand what you are doing and why. With phone consultations and in-person appointments available, we can help you arrange your Will in under 20 minutes.

Offering you peace of mind, knowing you have protected your loved ones and your assets is our top priority. It is important to remember that you are a unique and individual person with your own circumstances, and our team are happy to talk through all the different options that are available to you.

What happens if I don’t make a Will?

Taking time today to make your Last Will in Testament will prevent your family from unnecessary distress in the future. Should you not write a Will, the law will decide how your estate is to be distributed. This may not be what you want, potentially gifting your estate to people you do not wish to inherit and leaving out loved ones. Failing to write a Will could result in disputes within your family and extreme distress at an already difficult time. Unfortunately it may leave your loved ones without the necessary protection for their future.

So, what next?

We have made the process as simple and straightforward for you as possible. As well as providing free consultations to discuss your requirements we can arrange your Will in under 20 minutes.

Trusts & Bespoke Estate Planning

Lasting Powers of Attorney

Will Writing

Writing a Will allows your family and loved ones to know where you wish your assets to go. We can offer single Will Writing and mirror Will Writing for couples with the same wishes. Without a Will, law decides where your assets go, which may not be where you want.

Trusts & Bespoke Planning

Sometimes our circumstances may require more of a bespoke plan including creating Trusts to look after our legacy for family. This option is beneficial for vulnerable family members, children and can include protecting property and assets from greedy third parties. Each of us have different concerns and so give us a call to discuss your individual needs.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

This is what you need to put in place to ensure your estate is protected before you pass away should you lose any form of mental capacity. At this point you will need to appoint someone to act on your behalf, but if you leave this too late it will be extremely costly and distressing. You will need two documents, one to look after your health and wellbeing, and the other to look after your property and finances.

WE CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
